This was our 2nd time using Consumer Direct and we couldn't be happier. The price was extremely competitive, the windows are excellent quality and the installation was fantastic. From the process of getting a quote to paying my invoice, David and all of the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I would (and have) recommend Consumer Direct for all of your windows and doors!
First and foremost I wanted to buy local. This company is very friendly and very professional in explaining their product, showroom feel helped, cross section of door explanation helped, price is what really mattered. The amount of light entering the home is a pleasant surprise. The door looks amazing. Everyone needs a door that is reliable, safe, and built to last. The builder door lasted 28 years, this one should last the same if not longer. As usual we always wait too long before replacing things. Now onto the next project.

We had excellent customer service with clear and consistent communication. Our job was large, and we were very happy with the attention to detail. Our installers were as clean and tidy as can be expected (we were able to have a dinner party the day they finished) and did an excellent job. We are very happy with our new windows and doors.

The new door installed by Consumer Direct is Delicious ! We love it ! So impressed with this company. From our first meeting with Rob who quoted us, to the installation guys and each contact in between.
