Great experience! Bill was our sales rep. He was the most professional and knowledgeable of all the quotes we received. Colin and Nick installed both replacement windows and a huge cut-out/ installation of a new picture window. They were friendly, efficient, and did great work! The house was left clean, and they reviewed everything with us when done. So thrilled with the final product!
Recently had my sliding patio door replaced by Consumers Direct and from the initial meeting with Jerry to completion, it was a very positive experience. We took quotes for triple glaze low energy gain window from life style home product, Fortress window, Ecotech, Eco Choice and Nordik. Consumer Direct gave us the most completive price. From quote to all the way to installation and post installation consumer direct was very communicative and went above and beyond. We would strongly recommend their service.

He made sure that no mess was left behind, had drop clothes down, engaged in conversation about the installation and answered all questions I had. He was a pleasure to work with.
