From the initial visit to the showroom through to design consultation, scheduling, and installation, every stage was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. The owner personally visited our home to review design options and ensure every detail was perfect.

The installation was completed on time, with remarkable precision and craftsmanship. The quality of the product exceeded our expectations. We also opted for the Tedee keyless system upgrade, which has proven to be an excellent investment — elegant, reliable, and highly convenient.

The crew led by Serji, who did the project is very professional. They arrive on time every day, they helped to create the space inside the house to do the work, and did excellent work. After they finished the job, they cleaned the remains. I highly recommend them for future projects

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with.

Kevin and Gilles(?) were extremely professional and courteous throughout our garden doors installation. We were extremely happy with the end result and would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Morgan was the estimator that did all the windows and doors on our home. His customer service is second to none. He was at the re measure and then came to the job site when the work was completed. Great company.

I had all my windows replaced (and some siding installed) in October 2025 by Consumer Direct Windows & Doors (CDWD). Here are my thoughts on the matter/experience:

The sales/purchasing process (which stated in June 2025 at the Whitby location) was pleasant. The rep (Jerry) was good to deal with concerning the initial quote and subsequent changes/amendments. The company has a showroom which I visited a few times so I could see/touch/use the windows/doors they sell.

I also obtained 4 other quotes from comparable companies, and CDWD gave the best quote IMHO, insofar as:
- Their price was reasonable.
- Their windows (from STAGE) had good specs and offered a good value.
- Their written/electronic quote was *very detailed*. The quote (and invoice) had diagrams for all the windows. Window details and dimensions were exactly specified so you could tell exactly what you were getting. The cost/price of everything was broken down too (windows, installation, ancillary costs etc.).

CDWD provided a time frame for how long things would take, and their estimate was accurate. Tom (the "final measurement guy") mentioned some common issues to expect (like my old window blinds no longer fitting) in the new windows, which I appreciated.

The installation process was good. It took Yuriy and crew about 2 days to get everything installed, and they did a great job (as best as I can tell right now). Everything looks good and works fine. The crew worked competently and expeditiously (it's not easy work), took steps to minimize causing any damage/mess in or around the house, and cleaned everything up well afterwards.

Overall, I'm very happy with the results. Everything was done on schedule, I was kept informed and updated during the entire process, and in the end I got exactly what I was promised/quoted.

Note/Full Disclosure: CDWD (like other companies I've dealt with) offers incentives for recent customers to post reviews (in this case to Google) concerning their experience with the company. That said, I would have posted this review (exactly as worded) regardless.
