Amazing company from start to finish. From the sales team to the installers everyone was top-class. Would definitely recommend Consumer Direct to anyone looking for an upgrade to their homes. A++ service and will be using them again.

Purchased these windows last year and am very happy with the high quality. Kristian was very patient walking us through the process from start to finish. He explained the features, made some suggestions and even gave us a good deal. As promised the windows really make a difference with keeping the inside temperature and keeping the outside noise out. The service was prompt and the install went smoothly.

The price seemed right so I didn't even get another quote. The sales person, John Monteith was very pleasant to work with. The windows and sliding doors were installed within the promised time frame and everything looks great! Can't wait for the front door to arrive, which is a little behind schedule.

We got our replacement windows from Consumer Direct Windows & Doors. We are very happy with our new windows. Our transaction was flawless from start to finish. Their rep, Steve M. did an excellent presentation of the products and gave us a good price better than the other offers we got. We received prompt reminders and follow ups from their office. The installer, Yuri and partner were very professional. Their workmanship is superb, job was neatly done. Delivery stated on the contract was 10-12 weeks but amazingly completed in 6 weeks. On top of that, Steve, had a completion and satisfaction check with us. We will definitely recommend to our friends.

We had our windows replaced by Consumer Direct last year and were very happy with the results. When it came time to replace our side door, we went back to them without hesitation. David gave us great advice, and the installation was done to a high standard. Excellent service all around.

We purchased a front door and sliding door, we dealt with Steve Morgan who was way more than I would expect from a salesperson. Not only very knowledgeable but checks in on you during installation as well as afterwards. I would not hesitate in any way to recommend Consumer Direct and especially Steve Morgan. We recently replaced all 17 windows in our 41 year old home. Consumer Direct provided a very professional service TEAM. Steve, our sales rep, was there for us answering many questions with great patience, professionalism and a smile. Steve, after an informative meeting, took all the window measurements and later returned in a week for the final measurement check with Tim. Steve made sure that everyone was aware of our concerns regarding several dlifficult areas for the new trim to be installed - especially in the main bathroom where the window above the tub had marble trim. The installation workers led by Andre were polite, efficient, and worked as a TEAM. There are white carpets throughout the house and they respected my concerns and things went well. They did an excellent clean-up job at the end of each day, inside and outside. We were amazed. Steve was back again to check during the installation process and when the job was completed. He went above and beyond to keep this customer happy. The price was right. The end result was fantastic. We would highly recommend Steve and his team.
As an added note: Be aware that you need to cover all your furniture as the installation produces a lot of dust etc.
