We used Consumer Direct Windows and Doors recently and had an amazing experience. From the salesman to the installers we had such an effortless experience. The entire staff are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
Our experience was a positive one, right from the start. Sales Rep David, very personable, extremely knowledgeable and always available. The installers were GREAT, Dale took the time to show us what he was doing, how things function and his partner was also very nice hard working and left all work areas clean before leaving. Their work is top notch, everything looks great! I would highly recommend this company, HANDS DOWN!!
I must say Consumers Direct Windows and Doors did an impeccable job replacing the back double doors for my mother’s home. John came promptly with a very reasonable quote for the work. Then on the day of service, Kevin and his colleague came and did an incredible job with the installation. They left the place looking spotless and my mother absolutely loves her new door. Thank you for the great work everyone.

Over the past three years, Consumers Direct has installed 10 windows and two doors in our home. Every time, we have been exceptionally pleased with both the service as well as the product. Each time, David walked us through our options, providing guidance on what would suit our home as well as navigating energy rebate programs. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From start to end Consumer direct was a breeze to work with! They were not "salesy" at all, helped explain my options, and in the end gave us a lovely new patio door and laundry door. Highly recommend!
