Very happy with our front door and window replacement from Consumer Direct. From start to finish they were an amazing company to work with and I couldn't recommend them more. When the job was done, it was as though they were never there. No mess to clean up and the job was done to perfection. Very appreciative of the work done! Steven Morgan was incredibly helpful with his quick response time and immense knowledge.
I took the day off from work to keep an eye on the install. I had one request that the door be installed flush to the inside wall. That request was done and the patio door operated smooth and easy, as does the window installed. Very happy with the result and will use Consumer Direct Windows and door for any future window replacement.
We have not yet received our windows, however Steve Morgan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has advised us of the steps that would occur and everything that he has said would happen has happened.

The two men who came to install the windows did a great job. They installed the windows on a very hot day and worked hard to get it done. I was impressed with the clean up they did, removed all old windows, mess on floor and window tags . They showed me how to operate each window and how to remove the screens for cleaning.
I would recommend Consumer Direct to friends and especially the installation team.
We had our windows replaced with Consumer Direct recently and we highly recommend their service excellence. We had 8 windows replaced in 1 day. On the next day, we found a manufacturing defect on one of the windows. Although we signed off on the job as "Done", the team at Consumer Direct were highly responsive and helpful in contacting the manufacturers for us. They gave us frequent updates and we were able to resolve it within few weeks. Our special thanks to Kristian, Jessica & Nicole from the team for for making this experience a positive one.
We just had our windows replaced by Consumer Direct Windows and Doors, and the whole experience was honestly fantastic. From the first consultation to the final installation, everything went smoothly and was completely stress-free. The team was super professional, easy to work with, and clearly cared about doing a great job.
Our sales rep, Steven, really stood out. He knew his stuff, explained all the options clearly, and never pressured us. He made the process easy to understand and feel comfortable, which was a big plus.
The installation crew was just as impressive—they showed up on time, worked quickly, and were super tidy. It was great to see how respectful they were of our space while getting everything done efficiently.
There was a small glitch with the manufacturing of one window, but the team handled it really well. They kept us in the loop, did everything they could to minimize the delay, and made sure it didn’t cause any hassle on our end—which we really appreciated.
Now that the new windows are in, we’ve noticed a huge difference. The house is quieter, feels much more comfortable, and even looks better. It’s kind of amazing how much impact good windows can have! We’re really glad we chose Consumer Direct and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a window upgrade.
