We had a great experience with Consumer Direct, right from the first meeting with Jerry, who was extremely knowledgeable about the products, had great recommendations and was very personable all the way to the install team who very knowledgeable and professional as well and did an incredible job at our home.

We were very excited to get rid of a weird backdoor and transition it into a slider and remove some old builder windows, the install team did an amazing job and made it look easy.

If you're looking for windows and doors I would definitely recommend Consumer Direct to you, we are very happy with the whole experience.

Very satisfied with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. We just had all of our windows replaced. David was great from the start by providing an efficient experience. He booked us an appointment at the beautiful showroom (with mini chocolates) and was available to talk to anytime. He made sure we choose options we liked and did not pressure us in any sales tactics. I liked that he was easy to talk to and didn't just want to talk to the man of the house. Many others we got quotes from would ignore me and speak only directly to my husband and would linger and not be productive. The prices were competitive. They helped with rebate and loan questions. The quality of work looks amazing. I only wish they warned us about the dust that comes when windows get installed, but overall I would 100% recommend them. The installers did an excellent job and completed all windows in 2 days. I also appreciated the fast turn around to get the windows installed. Very satisfied with the experience.

Our job went smooth as silk. Our estimator Morgan, was clearly the most experienced we interviewed. He came to the remeasure/walk through and then the job site at the end of the work. Mike our scheduler was great.

I had a wonderful experience with Consumer Direct Windows in Whitby. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The salesman was very nice—gentle, polite, and courteous—and took the time to explain everything clearly.
The installers were excellent. They were extremely courteous, clearly knew what they were doing, and did a fantastic job with the installation. After completing the work, they cleaned up thoroughly, removed all debris and old window frames, and left the area spotless. One of the installers even gave me his direct number in case I had any issues or questions afterward.
I’m very happy with the entire process and the quality of work. Highly recommend these guys!

The installation team — Dale, Shawn, and Brandon — were true professionals. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job beautifully. With over 20 years of experience each, their skill and attention to detail were clearly evident. They even went above and beyond to accommodate a few last-minute requests I had, and still managed to finish the work on schedule.

I was on the hunt to have two bedroom windows replaced. I sent out requests to several that came up in my search, and Consumer Direct was the only one who responded...in the form of Steve Morgan and responded RIGHT AWAY and came to talk with me RIGHT AWAY, and gave me a quote RIGHT AWAY...ON THE SPOT. Steve is not just a 'sales guy', he knows all about installation, so he's a BONUS sales guy! He was in regular contact with me throughout the process. I was contacted by Mike Eagles to arrange measurements and was later advised how I needed to prepare - moving furniture and warned that there may be dust, so covering might be a good idea. Sean, Dale and Brandon arrived on the appointed day and did a FANTASTIC JOB with the installation. The mitered corners are second to none, the glass was spotless, and Steve dropped in as well! They were finished when they said they'd be finished, and they were SO TIDY!! Dale gave me a short 'tutorial' on the windows and Steve batted cleanup by assuring me that if there was ANYTHING I wasn't happy with, to simply call. This company, and Steve in particular went above and beyond my expectations - I couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend them....as a matter of fact, I already did, before they left my driveway - my next-door Neighbour may be their next customer!

We had Consumer Direct Windows come out and provide us with a estimate to replace our front door . Price was fair and the new style of door would be an asset to our house, so we choose Consumer Direct Windows & Doors. The crew removing/ installing the new door replacement were very professional and cleaned up all of their mess...job well done. Going forward we will be looking at Consumer Direct Windows & Doors to replace our kitchen sliding door.
