For the quote process, we were referred by our neighbours who had used them last year. Jerry C came by to take measurements and also invited us to visit the Whitby showroom to see the doors in person, which was really helpful. The pricing was reasonable—not too high or low compared to other companies we considered.
The installation team (Alex M) arrived right on time as scheduled and completed the work within a few hours, just as expected. The installation was clean, smooth, and very professional.

Consumer direct gave me a very competitive price from the beginning. They were the first people I reached out to and it took a bit of doing due to a wrong size ordered initially for the bay window, but it was definitely worth the wait. I love it. I’m just in the process now of painting the Birchwood that came surrounding it. But overall, I’m very happy with the window. I recommend it to anyone who would like to make their home feel a bit more spacious or anyone who has pets because it makes it perfect viewing platform for them. And the installers were extremely kind, respectful and qualified. Thank you CD
