On March 24, 2024 we had Consumer Direct install three sliding windows as our old windows were cheap construction grade with extreme condensation & ice forming on the inside of the windows during winter months. Keith was the team leader for the install. It was he who did the inside caulking. He spent 30 - 40 seconds caulking each window. Worst caulking job I ever saw! Contacted Consumer Direct to recaulk properly. They sent a different employee. He removed old caulk and installed new. He did a great job! Not happy with new windows as there is frequent condensation and occasionally ice forming on the inside of the glass which proves the insulating value is not much better than our old windows. Now the re-installed caulking is cracked open on all three new windows!
I do not recommend Consumer Direct for quality windows and workmanship.

Our sales rep, Craig , was very helpful & informative. He was prompt when replying to our emailed questions. The windows look great & are energy star which we wanted. The installers did a great job & managed to get all 10 windows completed on one day. They cleaned up when they were finished installing. We highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows!
