Our contact person Kristian Garfield was amazing. He listened what we wanted and based on that gave recommendations which changed our whole plan. We were originally planning to go with white windows, but based on his suggestion changed the exterior colour to black. The end result looks amazing! He also patiently did multiple quote versions for us when we were finalizing the details of our plan.

Kristian helped us to understand how we can apply Enbridge rebate and Canada Greener Homes loan which were used to finance our exterior doors and windows. They also offered handy 0% interest short term loan which bridged the finance when waiting for the government loan to arrive for our bank account.

The guy taking measures was lovely and patiently answered our questions. And the two guys doing installation were fabulous. They did very detailed work ensuring the end result was absolutely amazing. They were very respectful towards the house the whole time, protected floors and cleaned well after them.

The overall experience was very positive. We would highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows & Doors (and Kristian!) and will definitely use them in the future if any door or window needs come.

Salesman David was very professional and knowledgeable of his product, price was very reasonable for our windows. Installation was was very professionally done and Elia and Alex were very knowledgeable and when work was completed they made sure all was cleaned.

We will certainly go with Consumers Direct next spring to do the rest of our windows. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had my windows and siding done. The team was kind, considerate, thoughtful, detailed and fast. all the windows (4) large living room window (1) and patio door were removed and replaced in one day. Siding took 2 days due to weather. A small hiccup on the colour, however Colin was amazing and fixed the problem and made it right. The team is clean, and considerate. I am really pleased with the results as my house from the exterior looks brand new. A huge shout to Colin, he was fantastic and really looked after so many things that put my mind at ease, he is awesome!! I would recommend this team. The do payment installments and the final balance is not due until you are happy with the work. I would highly recommend them!!

Jerry from Consumer Direct Doors and Windows is amazing. He worked tirelessly to answer my millions of questions - and got me an amazing price on our front doors! Other places were quoting double - but Jerry got us a great price. He is very professional, and very attentive to our concerns. He responds very quick and gives as much knowledge as possible.
