I recently hired this company to change the windows in my Mississauga condo, and I’m pleased to share my experience. From the start, the team was professional and friendly, taking the time to answer my questions and explain the installation process clearly. I appreciated how efficient they were—everything was done within the scheduled timeline and with minimal disruption to my daily routine.

The installers showed respect for my home, laying down drop cloths and cleaning up thoroughly after the job was finished. The new windows look fantastic and have already made a noticeable difference in both the appearance and energy efficiency of my space.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that there was a slight delay with the arrival of one custom window, and communication could have been a touch more proactive during that wait. Otherwise, the experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend them to other condo owners in Mississauga looking for quality window replacement

I just had Consumer Direct Doors and Windows install 19 windows a patio door and front doors. From beginning, Mike - sales rep was professional and service focused. He spent time explaining the whole process, helped guide with the government loan and set up a quote. Once we decided, the windows/doors were ordered and installed approximately 8 weeks later. The customer service department is superior. They communicate throughout the process and scheduling. For service after - they sent Alex to install an extra lock and install a new doorbell. We just had all our d 22 windows and door replaced in our home by Consumers Direct. We are very impressed with our new windows and the quality of the product.
Steve, our rep was very helpful with the entire process. He answered all our questions, provided information, and give us some advise. He went above and beyond to provider us with the best quote and great services.
The installers, Sina and Serdar were professional, highly skilled, fast and efficient and respectful. They were punctual, covered all floors and stairs and cleaned up each time. Sina took control of every aspect of renovation from beginning to end, did a great job that also went beyond our expectations.
Our windows look amazing. We highly recommend them, trustworthy company.

Excellent service with very well made and good quality windows and doors. Good suggestions and questions answered promptly by David my salesman. I just had doors and windows installed April and May 2025 and they are stunning! David gave good suggestions for my windows at back of house pics attached. Everyone so helpful including person who came to do last measurement and check all details for order. Amazing people in the office who get you help right away and answer all questions. I am doing the front windows next year to finish my house. Great prices. I highly recommend!

This company is and does top quality work .From the factory showroom setup with Kristian as the sales representative to the installers Sina and Serdar who go above and beyond … just meticulous professional service. Highly recommend them. Trustworthy company with good customer care and great warranty / installation guarantee on all of their products. Prices can’t be beat either .

Consumer Direct windows and doors were great from A to Z! From the beginning everyone was helpful. The salesman ( Mike Musso ) walked us through the different types of windows and doors and advised us of the best choices. We told them we were in a rush and he was able to arrange everything to be installed within the timeframe we were looking for. The three gentlemens that completed the work were professional, respectful and very helpful. They changed all of the windows in the house within a day and half and cleaned up after. I recommend Consumer Direct for your windows and doors!

Absolutely number 1 best place for windows and doors! Our experience was perfect from start to finish. The whole team is friendly and professional. From Mike in sales, Diane in service and support to Luca and his team on install, everyone was great. Our windows and door are of the highest quality and everything promised was done.
