We're very happy with our new patio doors. They came in earlier than expected. There was no issue with the installation. The men worked in terribly hot weather and got the doors installed despite the heat.

Just had my windows done, David was great in suggesting and working with us to get what we were looking for. The installation crew did an amazing job, they were clean and worked quickly. Windows look great and seem like great quality. Overall very happy with the service and product.

From the start the salesma, Mike was extremely helpful and guided me throught the whole process and even helped me navigate the rebate program and Canada greener homes loan program. He didn't have to do that but he went out of his way to educate me. I appreciated that Mike.

The price was excellent and the product extremely well built. I had 12 windows and 2 doors and a patio door.
the installers were work horses. They knew what they were doing and the trim jobs were fantastic. This was a 3 day job and they showed up every morning at the same time and were very pleasant guys. Sina and Asadar. ( sorry if I have that wrong guys)
It was very hot and sunny also. I heard no complaints. I have two cats and they were friendly towards them. Obviously I tried to keep them out the way but if you have indoor cats you know how it is with open windows and doors. So they watched out for them during installation.

These guys have hearts of gold.
Not much of that left in the world.
My faith in humanity has been restored. For now.

Morgan the estimator from Consumer Direct Windows and Doors has been our window and door guy for years. He was present for the recheck process and did post install inspections for all projects. We had done several projects with him. Fantastic customer service.
