Overall very happy with the service and quality of the work. I had all the windows replaced on the 2nd floor with the other local window/door supplier in Oshawa last year, disappointed with their price as a returned client when I plan to replace the windows/doors on the 1st floor. David offered a better deal and better quality of windows than the other. Very smooth conversation with David, and I appreciate him and Consumer Direct being flexible with the payment, and even made some changes for me after we signed the contract.

They were on time and called prior to attending to make sure I was awake as I told them I was a shift worker. The work was completed quickly and the end result was perfect. They also left the space as clean as when they arrived.
