I recently got 4 upstairs windows ordered and installed by Consumer Direct Windows & Doors - the process was seamless from the consultation to the measurements to the instal! The windows arrived quickly and were installed professionally. Would definitely recommend especially when they have deals on, and if you are looking to take advantage of the energy rebates!
The window was installed on time and 3 weeks early. The installers were professional and friendly and explained all the features of the window before leaving. Will definitely use CDWD again for any window and door replacement.
We had our front door and patio doors replaced at a very reasonable price. Installation went very smoothly and the guys who did it were friendly, communicated well about the job and did excellent work. Very happy...the doors look great!
Smooth sailing from start to finish! David made the buying process a positive experience. He was so knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and fair. Knowing we were in a time crunch, he rushed the order and was ready with install even quicker than we had expected. The installation crew did a great job and the finished product is beautiful.

Jerry and his team of installers were all very very professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with all 17 windows and patio door they installed within two and half days. We recommend this company to anyone who want complete satisfaction from a thoroughly Canadian company and materials.
Consumer Direct were amazing to deal with and provided a great finished product! We had 13 windows and sliding door installed. They were the lowest price, highest quality and all employees we dealt with were amazing.

We had our double doors front entrance replaced as well as our patio door. Very reasonably priced and a great company to deal with from start to finish. They return calls quickly and very friendly and knowledgeable. Alex and his assistant did the work and they were very clean, picked up all the garbage and took away the old doors. Very impressed with their workmanship and expertise.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking at replacing their windows and doors.
On a side note, you need to purchase your own door handles, I would strongly recommend JRD Supply in Mississauga.
