I had all my windows and doors replaced with Consumer Direct. They made the process simple and easy. Customer service was very pleasant, patient and respectable with me. Sales answered any of my questions and got back to me in a timely fashion. The workers were respectable and pleasant. Definitely give them a 5* and recommend to friends and family
Consumer Direct Windows & Doors simply nailed our 7 windows and 1 patio door renovation/replacement. Great work, installation took a full working day and at the end we loved it. Very professional and great price!
The crew who showed up to do our windows and door were awesome. They protected all of our floors or items very well. They were polite and took only one quick break in the roughly 12 to 13 hours they worked on our home. They went above and beyond finishing in the dark with flashlights in a light drizzle of rain. Clean up was excellent as well. We also like our windows and door very much. No problems with them in the 2 weeks we have had them. Would highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows & Doors to our friends or anyone looking for
windows and doors. The overall experience was great which is a big surprise in the year 2025. Glad we chose Consumers Direct Windows & Doors.
