I was impressed with the commitments of this company. They installed my three widows in a professional way and within 3 weeks from measurment day to the final installation. I will have the rest of my windows installed with them in future.
My consumers direct windows and doors experience was very good all around.They have a 5 star review which sets the bar high and at the same time a level of comfort that the whole process from start to finish will be terrific.I would say that high standard was met almost naturally which says a lot about all those involved from sales to measuring to customer contact and billing and of course the installers.A well run business that is in fact deserving of the highest rating.I would recommend this company to my friends.
Excellent experience with Consumer Direct Windows & Doors and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for great quality windows, doors and superior installation at a reasonable price. Install crew were respectful of our home, cleaned up regularly during, and at the end of the installation. Alex and his crew made certain that each of our 10 windows and 1 patio door were perfectly installed and professionally finished with trim and caulking all around. The job went very smoothly over 2 days and they even ensured the driveway was completely cleaned up with no nails or screws left behind.

Consumer direct did my house a few years ago. We have recently decided to do a bathroom renovation and needed an encasement window. It was a rush order and it was installed within five weeks. My Reno guys will be building the shower right around the window so they will be tiling it right up. Thank you Consumers Direct for always proving excellent service!

Other companies were pretty dismissive and disorganized when requesting quotes. CD's consultants were always on time and communicative through the whole process. Questions answered thoroughly
and with care. Even followup appointments for measurements were right on time and very respectful of our space. Install was just one day for two patio doors and we could not be happier with how they look and perform. Very happy with our entire experience and highly recommend CD for patio doors!
