Overall a very positive experience. Salesman was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. The windows were ready quickly. The install team was fast and professional, and cleaned up when they left. Office staff were friendly and courteous.
Just had my front entrance door and bay window replaced. They did a great job and clean up was a breeze when they left. Done to satisfaction. Thanks to consumers direct windows . They completed in a day.

We were looking to do a complete upgrade to our front entrance. We attended a few home shows as a means of meeting different providers and get their take on product. We had seen Consumer Direct in the neighbourhood so we decided to speak with them as well. The owner was quick to respond and provided us with options. They provided the best options and we were confident they could do the job. We were promised a date for installation and CDWD was able to finish the job weeks earlier. The installation team was efficient and were finished the job in a couple of hours. They cleaned up all of their construction debris. We couldn't be more satisfied with the process, the execution and the final result!
Amazing amazing amazing! Will not use anyone else for my windows and doors!! I cannot say how much I am amazed by these guys!!! Had 8 windows done and they have gone over and behind for us!!
Beautiful windows! Great scheduling! Excellent hardworking window installers who installed 17 windows in 12 hours! These men deserve a paid day off to spend extra time with their families!!!!
Excellent experience from start to finish. David was so very helpful and patient with all my back and forth questions, he helped me stay on budget and was very professional. We appreciated that we could visit their local showroom on the weekend to see our options in person
The install was seamless and were are so happy with our new door.

great experience from initial in home meet, to final install. david went over all of our options and working with our budget, as well as giving me information on government loans available to us. the re measure was no issue with booking or completion and the 2 installers were amazing. drop sheets down anywhere they were walking/working and booties otherwise, and cleaned up any mess they made. couldn’t be happier with the finished install. 100% would recommend.
We had a few quotes to replace our backdoor but ultimately decided on Consumer Direct. They were great, efficient, didn't try to upsell and get windows and the lot replaced. Answered all my questions and the quote was better than expected. The delivery and installation were quick and painless. Had a small hiccup; however, Consumer Direct and the install were ready to make everything right again very quickly and were on the phone the next day to get things set up.

We had 11 windows(white inside beige outside), and 2 doors(White inside burgundy outside) installed the install was over 3 days.
We were quite pleased with the result, the installers (Yuriy & Yakovstan) were prompt and courteous they did an excellent job, the clean-up was great.
