We had all of our windows replaced a total of 16 included 2 bay windows. Yuri and his team arrived on time and got right to work. They cover the floors and stair to prevent any dirt or damage. All work was complete in 2 and a half days. Our home was left spotless .You could not tell they were here inside and out. The workmanship was truly amazing. Our basement windows were a complete rusty mess .Yuri spent so much time and did amazing job well above my expectations. You can go wrong with this company. The salesman David gave us such great suggestions and transformed our home to a thing of beauty.

We just had our window installed. The company was easy to deal with. The process from initial measurement to the installation was very smooth. The people from the company were very friendly and accommodating as well as the two men who came to install the window. They were fast and efficient in their work process. Truly a great company to work with, would recommend them. Thank you and keep up with the great customer service.

Wonderful experience with Consumer Direct Windows & Doors. We replaced all windows and a patio door. Jerry in sales was great to work with and answer our questions, the person who came for the final measurement was great too, very friendly and helpful. The team of installers were very efficient and cleaned up as best they could after. Would highly recommend.

We had our two front windows upgraded April April 7, 2022. The windows themselves are great; at an OK price. My big complaint is that the installer broke the drywall above both windows and did not tell us as they left or offer to fix it.

Months later, when a rep called to see how our experience was, and I informed her, she did not care at all or apologize.

So, all I say is be aware that the interior of your home could be damaged!

*To reply* - I do not recall given a completion document to fill out when they were done. They just told us they were done and then left.

We had purchased new windows and patio doors, the installation was very fast and done to my satisfaction. We had other quotes from competitors with same great quality, this was the best price .
Very happy with consumers direct, I highly recommend.
