I had my basement windows replaced by Consumer Direct. From the quote, to the purchase, to the installation, all was done very professionally. I'm very pleased.

Have had very good experience with consumer direct

Everything was o.k. . and we have used them on two separate occasions. My only complaints (not even a complaint really) would be that the salesman had to add $150 to the contract price due to something he forgot (or didn't realize at the time) had to be added. Also, the Consumer Windows sign was put out front without asking us first. I did not particularly want the street to know what we were doing (they know the former owners) as we have only been in this house less than 2 years.

Consumer Direct windows and doors provided us with amazing and top of the line service!!!! Super thank you to Jerry who helped us get everything done. We highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to replace their doors or windows..

My experience was good overall. Sales person (Jerry) was knowledgeable, nice, and pricing was good, the person who came to take final measurements (Thomas?) was very friendly and punctual, and the installer (Isaac) did a great job as well. The only downside was when I called the office on the install date to ask for an update on what time to expect the installers to arrive, I was told I was not on the schedule. After a few phone calls it was all sorted out but being given incorrect information at first was an added stress I didn’t need.
