We recently had our windows and doors done by Consumer Direct, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

David Greenberg was absolutely fantastic to work with, very responsive, professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything seamless and easy from start to finish.

We chose triple-pane windows, and the quality is outstanding. We also installed a Canterbury front door, which I absolutely love, along with French doors at the back that look beautiful and have completely elevated our space.

The installation team was equally impressive. Clean, professional, and extremely efficient. They worked hard and completed everything quickly without compromising on quality.

I highly recommend Consumer Direct to anyone looking for high-quality windows and doors paired with excellent service.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with this company. From our initial visit to the showroom to quote to install, all staff are super friendly and professional. Our installation team worked into the night to get us finished in time for a snowstorm expected the next day, and the finish was immaculate. Everywhere left clean and tidy. High quality door and windows that look great. Highly recommend this company for great products and service!

I recently had two windows replaced by Consumer Direct Windows, and once again, they delivered excellent service and product. I’m a returning customer—they previously replaced my sliding glass doors—and the experience was just as positive.

From start till completion I felt so valued and listened to. I knew I wanted to change the front door and update the front bay window. David really listened, understood my vision and provided very detailed information and quote at the initial appointment.

I wanted to change the door from a standard size with fixed sidelight to one big door and this was not only delivered but has completely exceeded my expectations. The window is perfect to bring light to my front vestibule and is so nice and wide to easily get in and out with groceries and dog. The new window I was changing from the traditional 3 pane cranks to two double hung says windows. It is stunning and can hardly wait for the warm weather to feel the breeze.

The crew who came were very clean and quicker than I thought they would be. The caulking around the door and window even colour matches the them not to mention they provided a touch up paint bottle too. Talk about the little touches that make the difference. ??

(My contractor will be completing the trim around them both inside however the crew did the taping up to prep for that next step.)

I will be back to replace more windows for our home and highly recommend David and Consumer Direct Windows & Doors.

I purchased 3 windows from Consumer Direct Windows & Doors. Steve Morgan was the sales representative. He's great. Very personable, knows his job well. I have more windows to do in the future, I'll definitely get in touch with Steve. The installers did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. Hopefully I get the same installers in the future.

Andrew and Vlad did an excellent job, they were friendly and professional. I would also like to thank Mike for measuring and scheduling installation, and Jerry to respond instantly when we requested a quote.
