We recently had new doors installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result! From start to finish, Michelle was outstanding. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, guided us through the options, and helped us make the best choice for our home. Michelle’s knowledge and friendly, no-pressure approach made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

The installation itself was seamless, and the doors look absolutely stunning. They add so much to the appearance and feel of our home, and we can already tell the difference in quality and insulation. We’re thrilled with the doors and very grateful for Michelle’s expertise and support throughout the process. Highly recommend both the product and Michelle’s service to anyone looking to upgrade their home!

I had a fantastic experience dealing with every department of Consumer Direct Windows & Doors right from the inception - pre-sales, sales, accounting, installation and post installation support. Steve F. , who helped me end to end during the process, is a highly experienced, extremely knowledgable and a very genuine guy. He was not at all pressing, but instead spent a lot of time educating me about the make and the functionality of the doors and windows, and also guiding us about the correct selection - make, as well as the color. Steve is one of those, in whom I found more of an advisor and friend and not a typical sales person.
Also, I did check in quotes with a few other vendors bigger and smaller, and Steve provided me the most competitive quote. Another comment which is noteworthy to mention is the documentation that Steve provided - from draft quotes to the final invoice - is an absolute charm. Why this is important to take a note of is because if consumers are applying for the Greener Home rebates (perhaps discontinued now), or the Federal Loans (still available), the paper work is really crucial, and lets you complete the process seamlessly.
All in all, I would highly recommend and would endorse Consumer Direct Windows and Doors, and Steve F for this job. You will be equally satisfied if not more. Absolute near to perfect experience, and 5-star rating.

Michelle was so professional and dedicated in doing the assessment and she advised us with the type of windows that we can use, also she was following up with us all the time and notify us with the work progress.

On the installation day, Lucas and Collin did an amazing job in installing the windows and the patio door and they were so accurate, talented and completed the work in a timely manner.

The staff overall is so friendly, the quality of materials that were used are very good and the installation was excellent that's why we rate them 10/10 for their service and we recommend everyone to choose Consumer Direct

We recently replaced our back garden door. The entire experience with Consumers Direct was A+.

Michelle did an amazing job helping us to get the product we required. She also did a post-installation visit to ensure we were good and check out the look and fit in our house.

Price was within our budget – which we were happy with as a previous quote from another company was unrealistically 4+ times more!

Installation – simply amazing!! Installers were very respectful and talented. Door looks amazing and all trim work and fittings are beautiful.

We will definitely be calling Michelle back in when we are ready to replace our windows in the near future!!

Kristian, Diane and Installer Colin were great. This is a contractor who does and charges what they say they are going to do. Professional, knowledgeable and a good product. I notice a few other companies have similar names - guess why! We live in Toronto and we’re walking on the street and met a woman who had her door done by these guys - said good things too. Highly recommend.

Zorro and his team from consumer direct were incredible - they did an amazing job with replacing our front entrance door. They were very professional and cleaned up well after they were finished with the installation. Highly recommended!

From the first call to them to the final sweep from the installation crew it was 5 star service and pricing. Michelle took the time to find out what was important to me in this project and then went out of her way to deliver that. The installers were professional, in time, super polite and respectful. Hard hard workers and they cleaned up as though they had never been there. Can’t say enough good things about them. 10/10 all the way around.

UPDATE: less than 24 hours after my original review, one of the owners called me to offer assistance. It was a genuine call imo. It wasn't an attempt to convince me to change my review. It felt a sincere call and an attempt to rectify the situation so I give them more props for that. We had a great discussion, I sent them photos of the issue and was offered a few tips to help. We agreed that if the iseue persists, we will be in touch for a possible resolution or even replacement. What else can I ask for?!

We had the pleasure of working with Kristian to replace alour windows and 2 doors. They made every effort to help us with our decision, we even went to see their warehouse so we can see the different colors and trims and ... . They are also very competitive in terms of pricing. What I liked most about their quote was the detailed and itemized list, so you know exactly what you are paying for, compared to other who simply said "It's $xxxx for all your windows!!". The windows have also stopped the nasty winter draft you get from your old windows, whic hopefully will translate to savings. Installation of the windows was very quick, clean and professional. They left minimum amount of clean up, and they did a great job protecting the floors and walls. Now Why I gave them only 4 stars. One of our windows kept fogging, which to me seems like a design flaw and something that needs to be addressed. I made multiple attempts to have someone come over and have a look, so far no luck. It's not a deal breaker by any means, I would still go with them if I had to do it all over again, but something worth mentioning.
Verdict: I would go with them again and have recommended them to anyone who has asked.
