Very professional, clean, tidy and excellent service!

Ordered 4 windows in early January. 8 weeks later they were installed. Window dimensions were verified a week later with a home visit. Set up of install was easy. Installers arrived on time. Cleaned up inside my house and outside when work was complete. Installer also gave a quick tutorial of window operation (removing screens & slider window pivot mechanism).

Overall I'm happy with the service from window ordering to install.

If your friend knows a guy who installs windows for cheap, don't do it, just call CDW&D. They were upfront, honest and did not try to pressure me into the sale. I recommend this company and will use again for future.

The company was great. Fair quote and great installation. I will be using them again for my Side door of my house and possible my siding door and front door depending on my finances.

We had researched and emailed for an appointment. They were very fast to have someone come over and meet with us. There was no pressure to buy. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. They are a CANADIAN company and they were well priced. We also got lucky that there had been a cancellation and we received our sliding door installed in less than 3 weeks from our initial meeting. We had anticipated a minimum of 6 weeks. The installation went smoothly.

Consumer Direct Windows & Doors is leagues above any company that I have used. I used Costco & it was a horrible experience. Consumer Direct has the best product going & stands behind their product with a brick & mortar store along with quality products, experienced professional installers & follow through. I would highly recommend them & I have used them twice now. The product, people & company IMO, cannot be beat! Worth every penny!!

We recently had our kitchen patio door replaced. We changed from a set of old french doors to a new sliding glass door with internal mini blinds. We received 5 quotes, and CD was the best quote. The ordering process was easy. The installation went smoothly. They were done within 3 hours. Quality is great from what we can see so far. What a great improvement to our newly renovated kitchen!

Just had new patio doors installed. Excellent experience all around from the sales process with Steve, to the installers doing an excellent job. Zero sales pressure and a good variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend using them!
