We recently had windows replaced in our home from Consumer Direct Windows & Doors. The experience was excellent from day one. David was our initial contact and he was great. He explained the process of how the windows are manufactured and installed. The installation team lead by Alex was professional and clean. They did a great install and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process including pricing. Thanks for everything team. You rock!!!

After settling on Consumer Direct after receiving a number of other estimates. We couldn't be happier with our new patio and front door installation! Despite it being the middle of winter, the installers were quick, efficient, and kept the work area spotless. The doors look fantastic, and they're doing an excellent job of keeping the cold air out. Great experience from sales process to job complete. Crew that did our entry doors was excellent and very thorough. Even put in new trim around one of the doors to make it look perfect without being asked. Would highly recommend.

Great experience from purchasing through install!

My experience with Consumer Direct Windows & Doors was very exceptional. We needed a new exterior side and front door. During the consultation/purchase phase Mike explained everything in detail. Several weeks later once the doors arrived, they called to schedule an installation date. The installers came on time and started to work on the installation. Everything happened exactly as communicated. I would highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows & Doors.

Purchase and installation of sliding patio door went smoothly and installers seemed to know how to install the door properly. Company kept me abreast of any delays. Every one involved seemed very professional.
