Great experience with Consumer Direct. My salesman was great to work with and the installers did 2 windows & a door in less than 6 hours and did a great job rebuilding my window sills & trim!

My experience with Consumer Direct was excellent. We needed a new exterior side door and another for the garage. During the consultation/purchase phase everything was straightforward and upfront: we had clear info, expectations about cost, timelines, etc. Several weeks later they called the minute the doors were ready - installation took place the next day - and the installers were neat and efficient. Everything happened exactly as communicated, and the doors are gorgeous. We have so much more natural light coming in (and no more cold drafts! It's now glaringly obvious how crummy our previous doors were). Shouldn't have waited so long, couldn't be happier, highly recommend!

The windows look fantastic. Very well made. It is -17 with windchill and my furnace might go on 2 times an hour for 5 min. We also notice the house is so much warmer. It's super quiet. No more waking up to the sound of car doors and wind. I recommend asking for Mike to go through your quote. He knows windows. I have recommended him to family. He keeps in touch through the whole process to make sure you're satisfied.
