We were extremely happy with Consumer Direct's replacement of all our windows, sliding door, and front door. We did our due diligence with 4 quotes from competing companies, and based on great reviews, quality windows/doors, competitive pricing, and easy-to-talk with staff, we went with Consumer Direct.

Jerry was terrific at explaining our options & answering all questions, advising us on Greener Homes options, and providing a detailed quote. We were able to review more at the showroom (mostly to narrow down our new front door choices). And the install by Aleks and his crew went well. And office staff for bookings, payments, etc. were all professional and easy to contact.

As with any install, be prepared for some dust & cooling of your house (we had install done in early November). But they did an awesome job - even around tricky existing backsplash in kitchen, tile in ensuite bathroom bay window, and unique windows in living room, etc. Windows & all casing, caulking, etc. done perfectly.

Thanks, Consumer Direct. The installation went according to plan. Really appreciate the customer service from the installers, sales professionals, and in-office staff. Couldn't be more happy with the end product. The new door really brightened up my interior.

CD Windows & Doors replaced my home's original windows, which were more than 20 years old and degrading in performance. I was provided competitive pricing, and time from original order to installation was reasonable and fairly quick. The new windows look great, with expectation that my place will be more energy efficient.

Very happy with our new windows and door. They said they would try to have them installed by Christmas and they came through with weeks to spare! The installers were supposed to have it finished in two days but they powered through and had them all installed in one day! They look fantastic! Very professional company to deal with and the installers were excellent. They worked a very hard long day to get it all done and left the house both inside and outside very clean. Would absolutely use this company again. Very good experience.

My patio doors and two windows were replaced. From the start of the process, the salesman came to my home and professionally showed me various options and gave me the best price out of the 3 quotes I obtained. 2 installers came exactly when the salesman said they would and within 5 hours, my doors and windows were replaced professionally and efficiently. The installers were courteous and knowledgeable. When the job was done, they completely cleaned the area.

After considerable investigation on front doors, we decided to have Consumer Direct put a new front door in. Jerry Cipro came to our house listened to what our needs were. He gave us some recommendations and invited us to go to their showroom to get an idea of the difference in doors. After making a selection, measurements were taken by two people to ensure accuracy. The doors would take 10-14 weeks to be built. The doors came in on time, maybe a couple of days early. When installed the workers were on time, clean and efficient. They laid cardboard down to ensure no flooring was damaged and mess was contained. The workers were very pleasant and answered all of my questions as they removed the old door and installed the new door. They did a great job and have recommended them already to my neighbours. We have received compliments on our new front doors.

We had a fantastic experience with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. Jerry explained everything perfectly. We never felt pressured to buy at any time. Isaac and the team was experience and completed the 7 windows and 1 patio door all in 1 day. We are very happy with our new windows and door. Had my patio doors (8') and 3 bedroom windows replaced and the experience was top notch. Steve Morgan the estimator came in and did a thorough job getting initial measurements, laying out the process and terms for the deal. Then Dale, Shawn and Josh showed up for the install and it went off without a hitch: runners on the floor and stairs to protect against traffic, careful removal, patience with my numerous questions (DIYers love to see the work in progress to learn), top notch install with proper sealing, replacement trim work top notch, full cleanup after the fact like they were never there - except for the great looking and functioning windows and door and noticeable improvement in local temperature. Highly recommended!
