We had a great experiece with consumer Direct after having our front door replaced. We got a few quotes and settled with CD due to their customer service snd competitive pricing. From our first meeting with David to the installation team led by Alex, everything went seamless. David is upfront, knowledgeable and offered a fair price for what was a premium product. As for Alex, he did a fabulous job with the install and was able to make our existing interior custom door moulding fit the new door. On top of it, the winter weather made the working conditions difficult, though, the team's professionalism shined. Thank you again, we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Will def recommend CD to anyone wanting their doors and windows replaced!

The whole process from initial measurement/quote to final installation process went super smooth and everything is done as promised.

David did our quote and he was knowledgeable, gave great competitive pricing and was not pushy. Aleks came to do our window install and his team was quick, clean and the job looks incredible. Our new patio door, back window and new flashing gives our house a much needed facelift. Would suggest that the window team carry the little square credit card readers as I don’t like writing down my credit card info on paper. However, it is def a plus that credit card is accepted as we can collect cash back on it.

From start to finish it was a very easy and smooth process. Appointments were easy to make and you guys were great at meeting my busy schedule. The window installers were great, clean and had amazing attention to detail. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the windowes they look great.

My wife and I were looking to replace our front double doors with a wide single door with sidelights. We found Consumer's Direct Windows and Doors at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE). The representative at the CNE was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to schedule an estimator for the following weekend. The estimator helped us select the style and materials that best suited our house and price range. It took a few months for the door to be ready. Once it was ready the installation was quick and looked great. They even installed a smart lock for us.

All our windows were original and needed to be replaced. Such a great experience at each touchpoint. We asked so many questions about the process and were guided through with patience. The installers did a great job and we are quite pleased with the new beautiful windows.

This company has some excellent employees. Very hardworking, kind and honest. Overall the company worked diligently to resolve all issues with a complex window situation. They took out an old bay window and replaced it with a custom window they took the time to do it properly over a few days. They dealt with any problems and they met all challenges.

Shawn was an excellent installer . He explained things very clearly. Very honest. He came up with some good solutions and was calm and professional. His helper was also calm.

David was a very responsive salesman and even responded during his vacation to iron out details.
The office was not so clear and scheduling was confusing for me, but when dealing with a fantastic and helpful company like this one they take the extra effort to explain and fix things.

Excellent team came on time in the morning and immediately began work. It was a cold day but they managed to get all 10 window casings and 1 front door replacement done in a single day. Jerry was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get work done professionally and at a reasonable price.
