The whole process was very painless from dealing with consumer direct windows to the installers. The installers were awesome very polite efficient and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend the installers or consumer direct windows.

We had our sliding glass door replaced in the kitchen. CD Windows was the only company that was able to install a full length door without a transome. They were also the most reasonably priced. The installation was great. It was quick, clean and looks awesome. We are very happy with the results!

We needed a new patio door and Consumer Direct was highly recommended. We were not disappointed. We called and set up an appointment and David came out the next day to show us various products. He was great to deal with and was not a pushy sales guy. Installation was great. We are pleased with the door and service.

Had entrance door with one sidelite and three windows installed. Steve Morgan ( sales associate ) was very knowledgeable and personable. Installation team was exceptional, and left everything clean and tidy. Would strongly recommend Consumers Direct to everyone !!

Very reliable and budget friendly. Rob is very helpful sales executive and superb friendly and professional. Suggests what is best suits our requirement in our budget. He quoted genuine price you must find less what others will quote. The technical team is also expert, they did the replacement of windows cleanly and end to end product was delivered much within time as promised. In future definitely I will reach out the Consumer Direct for other windows/doors replacement . This is the 2nd time I had business with them
