We recently changed our windows and one door with Consumer Direct. The sales rep, Jerry was very knowledgable and honest. The installers professional and tidy installation. The product we got was triple pane glass and worth every penny. Our door looks great just as good as the showroom. Definitely worth checking out Consumer Direct showroom.

I had a new patio door installed and was pleased by the installer (Andrei). He had a good attention to detail in trimming it so that it fit seamlessly into the existing addition on my home.

We decided this year to insulate our roof and also replace our windows. I didn’t know much about windows, I know a lot more now. Steve came out and we found him to be professional and helpful. He left us with quite a bit of information and it was not high pressure and we found the price to be competitive. They were ready sooner than expected. The installation went smoothly and the crew did a great job and cleaned up at the end. The combination of roof insulation and new windows has made a big difference. For sure the temperature is more consistent in our home and the furnace is running less than before.

I decided to choose Consumer Direct because out of all the sales reps, I found Andrew at Consumer to be very knowledgable, genuine, and took my concerns seriously. He also gave me the best pricing from the very start. The service from everyone I interacted with throughout the process from start to finish was top notch. The gentleman that came for final measurements was so nice and personable, Mikila was always so pleasant, answered all my questions and just has the best customer service, and special mention to Andrei who installed my windows. He is the ultimate professional at his craft, he worked so hard in the cold weather without a single complaint, showed tremendous attention to detail and and was extremely thorough in cleaning up after the job was completed. If you are thinking of replacing windows, I highly recommend Consumer Direct!
