I recently worked with Consumer Direct Windows & Doors to replace 15 windows and our rear entrance door. We worked with Steve who was amazing to deal with from start to finish. I had been searching for windows for a few months but was not happy with the quotes I had been getting. I was referred to Steve and quickly got a quote for exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. Steve was fantastic to work with, responsive to all my questions and provided great advice on window selection.

The windows were delivered ahead of what was promised and that was a surprise given that most other companies were giving us 6 month lead time estimates.

Installers showed up on time and were able to get all 15 windows installed in a single day. They worked late to get the job done and did not compromise on quality. Very happy with the installers work.

The windows we purchased were Stage triple pane windows. We had a mix of casement and awning windows installed and seem very high quality.

Terrific experience! We replaced all windows & doors in our drafty 70 yr old house in midtown Toronto. House now looks great, is much brighter inside and is much warmer. We were clueless on the complex world of window/door features & options. Our salesperson Graeme is a seasoned window/door expert who guided us through the process from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with. Prices were reasonable. Products are great. Install crew was top notch - courteous, on time, highly skilled. Overall extremely pleased with the experience, results and price. Highly recommend Consumer Direct!

Got 2 doors installed in Barrie, Ontario today. The sales rep Brian was amazing and got us exactly what we wanted for a fair and reasonable price.

On top of the that, the installers were professional, on time and left the house just how they found it. They also installed all the locks and re-installed a new door bell.

I would recommend this company to anyone of my friends and family. Exceptional service!
