they good jobs and lots of patient and the guys really nice and friendly
they doing good job.. but clean up not much but i am don't complain but I am so happy with the windows that what i want is big change..
My wife and I recently had all of our bedroom windows replaced by Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. From the initial quote to the install day, everything went smoothly. Jerry, the sales rep, was friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout. He made us feel like we were VIP customers and provided us with a very reasonable quote in comparison to rival companies. The windows came in earlier than expected and the installers did a great job. We also loved that we could pay by visa with no additional cost for doing so. This was a major pull factor in choosing Consumer Direct because it allowed us to space out our payments easier. Overall, a 5 star company who we will be using again in the future for the remaining windows in our home. Thanks, Jerry, and Consumer Direct!
From the presentation at the showroom by Steve, to the home appointment in person, to the delivery ahead of the scheduled time, it was a pleasure to have worked with this company. I will say we are very happy to have chosen this company. The windows are of the highest quality and the installers worked at our home like it was theirs. Very professional and well organized. We will definitely work with this company again when time comes to change the rest of the windows.
Sales rep David gave us a quick and affordable quote in July .Window installation was expected for October Windows were ready early and installed professionally and efficiently by Alex and his crew in 3 1/2 days in September

Excellent service by the salesman and the installers
We had full frame replacement of 5 windows and 3 doors. Our salesperson was Steve M from the Whitby location. His presentation impressed me from the initial meeting, compared to other companies I met with. Not only did he used to install, he was very thorough in the initial meet. He even gave a demonstration on the benefits of triple glaze pane windows with actual triple pane window samples. None of the other companies did that. I asked many follow up questions through email. Steve would call and email me promptly with detailed answers. He also showed and sent me many pictures of different alternatives of window and doors installed. This helped me visualize what the end product would look like, depending on different choices of combinations.
I believe the contract was signed around Canada day weekend and by Aug 14, all 5 windows and patio door was made, ready for install. Install took one day.
The other 2 doors were custom made so as expected, took a bit longer, and was ready for install by Sept 5 and only took about 5 hours to install.

I dealt with so many people at Consumer Direct and everyone was so accurate, great at communicating, and keeping me updated, it made the entire process so easy.
I was looking to replace some windows in my 20 year old home. I asked for personal recommendations on the community group site. There were several consumers recommending Consumer Direct Windows and referred Jerry Cipro. I contacted Jerry and he made the process seamless. I sent him pictures of the windows and he provided various options in style and colours.From there ,Tom was sent to measure. Tom was very courteous and answered all the questions I had.The installers were excellent in their craft and left the work area spotless. Highly recommended and look forward to using them again.
