Had 100 year old windows in bedroom and wanted them replaced. Called them. Great communication with Jerry the sales person. Workers arrived as scheduled and quickly went to work. Did a super job getting out the old windows and putting the new ones in. They were very professional doing the job and left no mess.
The warranty repair was great. The caulking on our outside windows was cracked. A technician came to fix it in a timely manner and removed and replaced all the caulking on the two affected windows. It was a very nice job.
We were long over due to replace some windows in our house consumer direct windows and doors was the first company we reached out to they were extremely quick to send someone out to give us a free estimate. John Monteith came out he greeted the entire family and took his time and patience and went over everything with us.
We told him we needed a bit of time to think about out as we were in a tight situation. John never pressured us he told us to take our time a week later he did a courtesy call to follow up with us
We gave him the okay as we were happy with the price he gave us. He came back out for us to sign all the paperwork and put the deposit down
Gave us an estimate time frame of 8-14 weeks roughly. We got the call on Friday August 23 letting know the windows were in and asked a convenient date that would work for us for installation date was set for August 27th the team arrived promptly went through everything with us and got to work right away
We were more then impressed with the project the guys that came were fast and hard working gentlemen cleaned up while they were working and after the job was done. They barely took any breaks just kept on working.
Just wanted to thank John Monteith for everything you did for our family we really appreciate it. And will definitely be choosing your company for our future window replacement

We had such a great experience and LOVE our new windows. It looks beautiful, fresh and elevated throughout our entire house. The team was really consultative with the ordering process and what we should get, giving us updates as we waited. And the install days were seamless and really well done. The team was polite and lovely the entire time. Would recommend them to anyone!
This company was great. The salesman Jerry, was patient and very informative. Really listened to what we could afford and helped with a great package and deal. The experience with the office setting up measurement visits, payments and window delivery and installation was all very clear and easy. The two men who came to measure and the two men who came to install were all so polite, efficient and left no mess. When it is time to replace other windows we will not look anywhere else. Decided to have the windows in the front and side of my house replaced. After getting quotes from 5 different companies, I decided to choose CD because of the professionalism and detail to attention exhibited by Jerry the sales associated. He was always quick to respond to any of my questions and made all the adjustments to my order in a timely manner. The installation crew that was lead by Isac was very professional and also paid alot of attention to details. My house and driveway was left spotless. I should also mention that their price was better than everyone else.
