My new door and windows look great and function well! There were a couple of concerns with the door but the staff responded and dealt with the issues. I only wish that I was told, when I ordered the door, that the colour of the strip along the bottom of the door would not be white like rest of the door. I highly recommend this company ; just be sure to ask questions about specific colours so you don't get a surprise upon installation.

We had 4 windows and a Patio door replaced in our home. Consumer Direct was recommended by a family member. Consumer Direct is a professional, experienced and customer focused company. We were happy with the experience from the sales rep, install service dept. billing dept. and the installers. Yuriy and Alex were on time and very professional. They covered all our floors and necessary furniture, they cleaned up in the areas where they were working. It is nice to see people who take pride in their work. We are very pleased with our windows and patio door from Consumer Direct. We would highly recommend this company.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Salesman took the time to discuss and explain options, installers showed up when they were scheduled and were easy to deal with. Office staff were great to deal with and very accommodating to my schedule.

the whole experience was stress-free. the guys were efficient and friendly, they cleaned up and were gone within an hour and a half.

Got windows replaced. They were great at finding the types of windows that worked best for our home and were all very polite. Workers were quick and did a fantastic job. Windows look amazing.

Alex and his team were very thorough and professional. They walked us through the process of how to properly open the windows. They kept everything neat and tidy. Windows turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend Consumer Direct and Alex to anyone interested in new windows.

Got my big window done in my living room. Rob was the sales rep he was amazing to work with. Kind and perisonalble. The window was installed on time and rob was always there when i needed updates or information. Overall i highly recommend Consumers direct.

This is the second time we have used Consumer Direct. From start to finish they were all professional, courteous and available for any questions.
From sales to delivery to installation, everything was seamless. The crew took care of the surrounding areas when installing a total of 6 windows.
Only one caveat - an estimated arrival time the day of the work would be a good addition for planning on the home owners side.
Would definitely recommend Consumer Direct.

Great work from consumer windows and doors, price was very reasonable, quality was very high and the install was professional, what more can you ask for
