We reached out to Consumer Direct Windows on the recommendation of a family member who had used them to redo some windows. They were very professional and lovely to deal with. The windows and doors came quicker than we anticipated and were installed quickly as well. They look great and we can already feel a difference in the house. I would definitely recommend them.
Great experience with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. David, our contact for ordering, was prompt and accommodating despite our indecisiveness. He answered all our questions and provided advice for windows as well as the HEV loan to help narrow down what we were looking for. Pricing beat out the competition and the quality of windows is excellent. Installation by Yuri and Alex for 6 windows was done in just a single day with the use of mats to protect the flooring, the entire area left clean and tidy, and the install was done with great attention to detail to get everything aligned and neatly sealed. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone. We will be coming back to do the 1st floor windows when the time comes and absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with the Consumer Direct team was great from start to finish. Our sales rep walked us through the process expertly. We comparison shopped and decided to go with Consumer Direct, not only for the price, but also for the thoroughness of the work. We had a large bay window replaced. It was a complete rebuild including the inside head and seat and outside aluminum roof . The installers were efficient and friendly. We had 5 windows replaced and the clean-up in all of the rooms, as well as outside, was first-rate. We also received a follow-up call to make sure we were completely satisfied - and we are!

The window guys showed up earlier than expected and finished all of our windows in 1 day. I had conversations with a lot of the guys and they treated me with the utmost respect. Any questions I had they were very prompt and knowledgable. Very professional work. We are very please with the final product. Will recommend them to our friends.
