Great company to work with. I had a new wider front door and patio doors installed in the spring of 2023. The salesman, Rob, was polite and informative with no pressure to purchase. Everything was explained very clearly and the pricing was fair and inline with other quotes I had been given. The follow up paperwork was simple and straightforward. The installers were friendly and professional, doling a great job and they cleaned up after the job was complete. I did have one small concern after the job was completed and they sent the installer back out to ensure everything was as it should be. Very happy with the new doors and the whole process in general. Highly recommend Consumers Direct Windows and Doors.

Replaced 7 windows with consumer direct, they were friendly and courteous, clear and fair with pricing, windows delivered on time and the installers were great, they were respectful during installation and left everything perfectly clean when they were done.

This was the second time we purchased products from Consumers Direct Windows and Doors. This time around we replaced a bay window, bathroom window, front and side doors and we are so pleased with the quality and service we received.

The attention to detail was evident from the consultation stage when dealing with David, right to the end after the items were installed. The quality of the finish was great and we especially get comments on the front door, which really makes a statement for the front entrance.

We would definitely use Consumers Direct Windows and Doors again for future projects.

Jamie was great helping us out with the entire process; very patient and honest. From window measuring, consulting, providing advice - we were very happy with how he helped us make the right decision for our home project of windows and doors. Found that it was especially helpful being first time homeowners and a young couple.
The company itself was also really great and straight forward with handling the payments. We knew the structure of the deposits and nothing was fully paid until the job was 100% complete. They also handled this very well when we realized the door installed had a significant scratch on the day of installation. They made sure that a new door was ordered and reinstalled. Took a few more weeks, but wasn't an issue at all and again, payment was done at the end. Really happy with their service.

I really can't speak highly enough about my experience with Jerry, and then the installation crew. From start to finish, this was by far the least painful home maintenance project ever! I love my new front door, and recommend Jerry and the team to everyone. Thank you again!

I had a good experience working with Steve Frame, Nadia Kisoon and their installation team for installation of windows in my house. The windows are of great quality and installed with perfection. I highly recommend Steve as a windows consultant. He is a veteran in the field and has decades of experience. He also provided a lot of consultation on windows, doors in general due to his vast experience. Not to mention Steve is is a great person to know and get along. I wish Steve good health. Thank you!!

Very professional window installers. Explained about the rebate program and helped to apply for it. They have a interest free flexible payment options too. Installed on time and the installation is perfect. Took care of old windows and garbage.

This company was very professional and detailed from start to finish. From the sales person to the installer, everything was excellent! They even assisted with my rebate program with my energy provider. I would highly recommend them!
