We had our windows done and their service was great. The window glass quality, Tripple pane ones are exceptional. The team was efficient, communicative and were able to finish the service professionally.

The Consumer Direct team were a pleasure to work with. From the beginning of the process, Mr. Morgan the estimator, guided us from start to finish, with great communication and customer service. He was able to turnaround a quote for us immediately and addressed any and all questions or concerns we had. We had patio doors and a side door (+ storm door) installed. On the day of the installation, team members Dale and Shawn, were friendly, worked diligently, and walked us through the final quality assurance steps once our products had been successfully installed. Highly recommend this team and their products. Looking forward to working with them in the near future on additional doors and windows.
My new windows and patio door are beautiful but more importantly they are well insulated and kept the draft out last winter. I replaced 7 windows and a patio door.
The installers were very patient and attentive and as a result we found a hole in the wall where the old patio door was and where water had been leaking into my basement (I had previously tried exterior waterproofing and sealant which did not stop the leak). They sealed the hole before installing the new patio door and there has been 4 heavy downpours and no rain leaked into my basement. I am very pleased.
Very pleased ? with my new bay window and all main floor windows Gerry in sales and all other staff and installers were all great with customer service, support, knowledge and friendly!! I recommend them to my friend who is very pleased too!!

I had to do a patio door and 6 windows. I ended up splitting the job between two companies, Consumer Direct and Nordik Windows.
Consumer Direct installed my patio door. It took a little while to manufacture (but I was aware in advance) and they installed it when they said they would. Everyone from the company has been nice and the door works great!
Nordik windows however, I'm talking to a lawyer about because they installed the wrong windows, threatened me with collections the day of install and have been the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. Good luck getting in contact with their call center staff. STAY AWAY!!!

I want to SAVE people from going Nordik, unless of course you are a lawyer and can sue them to get your contract fulfilled, in which case, please call me as well as I need your assistance with them.
The experience we had with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors was amazing from beginning to end. The gentleman that did our quote was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation went as smoothly as can be. The communication was second to none. We had a pressure crack in one of the basement windows which was replaced without any questions or hesitation. I would highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. You will not be disappointed.
10 New windows installation - Completed to perfection
I wanted to change all the windows in my home and got a good quote from David Greenberg. The team did a really good job with the installation and completed the work very professionally. Though there were some delays in the order but the end result was really good. I would definitely recommend Consumer Direct Windows and Doors to anyone.
Great company to work with .. fairly quick arrival of windows and install.. we had 13 windows installed ( triple pane) would highly recommend ; much quieter than the builder windows.. Had windows installed in Jan and now June and absolutely no issues .. We have recommended Consumer Direct to other neighbors.. installers were great .. trimmed the interior and exterior very well.. Nice job guys .. Thanks
