Just had our new windows installed and honestly cannot be happier!! I don't write reviews often but had to express how impressed we have been with Consumer Direct the entire process. Scott is very knowledgeable and personable, Joe the owner is a complete gentlemen and even dropped by on the first install day. Last but not least Branko and Filip who did all the heavy lifting were outstanding, great guys and total Pros. Fantastic job, would highly recommend!!

I purchased an old home and with large beautiful windows however they were loud, drafty and one was even replaced with plywood. So one of the first things I started researching was window companies.

I reached out to an advertisement I saw online for consumer direct and they were very helpful. Mike came and showed me the samples of the triple pane windows and the front door with the 3 point contact locking mechanism and the fact it was all made here in Ontario was appealing.

He helped get me going with the Greener Homes program and the enbridge rebates through the energy inspector also. With all of the incentives and the financing that was available for this it really made the whole project a great value in my opinion.

We replaced 13 windows, one of which is a cathedral style, 3 patio doors and a front door and I couldn't be happier.

The home is in close proximity to a railroad and a busy road and the sound used to really penetrate the house. I haven't been woken up by the train since. And with the advanced mechanisms and locking features of these windows I'm much more confident that an intruder would have a very hard time entering the home.

The customer service has been great through the whole process and the installers did an awesome job as well.

Great service and good work. First time home buyer not aware of things sales person rob clearly explained what is needed how can I plan to replace windows once or based on budget. Got a reasonable quote after shopping for 4-5 service providers. Installation is neat and clean

These folks are fabulous. We got the quote from Scott to replace the basement window and the garage windows.The crew came around last week and installed them. They were very neat - drop sheets everywhere - and very very efficient. I didn't hear a sound from them as they all worked away. They left the house in immaculate condition I was very happy with the whole experience and heartily recommend this company.

Very pleased with their window replacement service. The sales team and installers were great. We were very happy with the final product, installation, finishing and price. The only small glitch was the installers noticed a small missing part . Unfortunately it took several weeks and telephone calls to get the missing piece installed.

Consumer Direct provided phenomenal customer service from beginning to end. Jerry was so helpful and able to give us great recommendations and options to choose from. He was friendly, personable and made us feel confident in our investment. Timelines were accurate, installers were excellent and I highly recommend!
