Dealt with Graeme and he was absolutely pleasant! He went above and beyond to help me get everything in order for the greener homes grant and helped push forward the application process when is glitched out from the audit side. We also needed to delay after we placed our order as the loan application took over 6 weeks to go through. He was able to hold the windows for us an extra few weeks until we heard back and we’re ready. He explained everything to the last detail and was very responsive. We had a very good experience overall. I was not here for the installation day as it was just my husband there but everything went flawlessly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am very pleased with the service I got from all the staff at Consumer Direct, starting with their outstanding Sales Expert, Scott Wells, who gives so much attention to details and explains their products really well, and also the window installer, Amery.
Nick Carvalho also was always available to answer questions and followed up after the work was all done.

Great experience from start to finish. We had a sliding patio door and three windows replaced. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. Starting with Mike who came to give us the quote. Mike was very professional and easy to talk to. There were no sales tactics or pressure that we experienced with other companies we reached out to. The installation occurred at the agreed upon timeline and went smoothly. The installers were friendly, did a great job and left our house as clean as it was when they got here. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend Consumer Direct 100%. If we were ever replacing other windows or doors we would skip shopping around and go directly to Consumer Direct first.

We the old windows in our place replaced by this company. Really great service! They were helpful with guiding us through the rebate program and forth coming with the price and realistic options (we have a 100 year home which adds complexity).
The work was done quickly, within the time frame provided and the workers kept a clean area and were super friendly. They were even able to save the old stained glass for us!
Definitely will be using this company again.
