Installers were on time and completed the work within 2 days. After a minor glitch was resolved (after shutters were put back on, one window would not open), work was satisfactory.
The windows and doors look amazing. The team was reliable, kind and respectful. We are very happy with there service.

Consumer Direct was wonderful to work with. We replaced 8 windows and 2 exterior doors. From the initial walk through with Dennis and choosing our products, to the final installation, we could not have been happier. The sales team was great to handle all of our requests and questions. The installation team were courteous and professional, kept a clean worksite, and showed clear pride in their work. We would recommend working with Consumer Direct in a heartbeat.

I loved their service. I was working with Jamie. He was really good. He assisted me from start to finish in all processes. Product delivered on promised time. Professional installers finished the job in a good manner. Overall it was great.
Consumer Direct did our windows and patio door replacement for us this summer. We were told it could possibly be up to 18 weeks for delivery and installation but to our surprise it was done earlier and on a weekend. That was very beneficial to us as both my husband and I work and neither of us had to take a day off to be home for the installation. From the home visit, to the showroom and then installation everything went so smoothly and everyone that my husband and I encountered were super helpful, friendly and professional. Talking to them was always very easy and no question or concern went unanswered. Thank you David and all at Consumer Direct for everything you did.

Consumers Direct Windows - I was pleased from start to finish. My initial zoom consultation with Kristian was very informative. He explained all my options in detail and recommended specific windows which actually reduced my cost. I did not feel pressure to purchase a higher cost product. I was provided with an I installation date and kept informed as that date approached. My windows and patio door was installed in one day, the crew cleaned up afterwards. Windows looks great, patio functions with ease!
