They did a great job with the installation and were friendly and professional. The team followed up to make sure we were happy with in work. The new windows looks great and I will highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Consumer Direct. David did the in house consult for the windows and suggested the ones that needed replacement and also mentioned about the rebates available. They were able to accommodate my request for a weekend installation. On the whole a very positive experience with David and Consumer Direct.

We had our screen door replaced today. The installers were awesome. Very quick, everything looks seemless.

I am happy with service I received from CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS. They did a great job in replacing 3 windows for my home (One large and 2 basement windows). The pricing was very competitive and beat all other quotes I received. The folks who came for installing the windows were very professional and did an outstanding job. If I have to point out any drawback, I can think off the wait time for getting the new windows - it was couple of weeks more than they committed to, but it was worth the wait.
Purchased new front door, side door and patio door and could not be happier with the final results.
