We are happy with the new windows from consumer direct windows and doors. The exterior colours matched perfectly as there were already windows replaced with a different company. The sales person was very easy to work with and allowed me to visit their showroom to double check the colour, and the installers came on time. Prices were really good... I wish I had discovered consumer direct windows and doors sooner. Thank you!

Just had windows installed on a high-rise town home. Installers did a great job and did it in a manner where no heavy machinery was needed which greatly reduced the price. Consumer Direct really knows what they are doing and I would highly recommend them.

I am writing a review for Consumers Direct because I had the experience of a life time dealing with (Kristian) at Consumers Direct
I called 4 other window companies to get quotes on the Job and thats when I met Kristian the salesman for Consumers Direct he was actually waiting outside while another company was giving me a quote..
He came into my home as a real professional and his pitch was flawless so I took is offer and chose to use him for the job.
The installers came in and finished the work within 6 hours no stress.
I am speechless in regards to the fantastic job they did and I just want the world to know that there is no company out there right from my point of view that can provide the level of service I received and the price for the job was amazing.
If you are looking for windows and doors, do yourself a favor call Consumers Direct and ask for Kristian (my man) and save some money and no stress....

Consumer Direct Installed 20 windows on my home. Their price was great. The installation went well. The sales rep David was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Consumer Direct did my windows first and I was so happy that I purchased a door from them. Peter the installer did a great job and was a very nice guy. David the salesmen was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone that needs windows or doors. My best friend already bought from them and my neighbour is about to also.

Thank you consumer Direct, the basement windows are great. Sorry that the installer had to return a second time but overall I like the windows.
