Consumer Direct did my windows and did great work. David was extremely helpful and professional. I am now ordering an entrance door with them. I would highly recommend this company.
We had Consumer Direct Windows & Doors recently install new windows in two of our bedrooms as well as new patio and front doors. Their service is great!!! This is a company that really cares about the end result and the customer being 100% happy with their investment. The selection is great, we got a beautiful new front door which really makes an impression and looks great. Our company representative was really knowledgeable about the product, answered all the questions and we were able to contact him at any time with any follow up questions. I would recommend Consumer Direct Windows & Doors to anyone, they are absolutely great and will provide you with great product and service.
Our experience with this company was a pleasure and very professional from beginning to end. Our salesman promised us new windows in December and while we were fully prepared for that to be delayed with everything going on they were on time and completed in the time promised with added extras as needed. They were not finished until the job was completed to everyone's satisfaction. As for the windows we have seen an immediate change in both the temperature and (added bonus) sound quality in the home. This was a much needed and well worth it renovation. I would happy to recommend them to anyone that asked.
We had 10 windows and 1 door replaced. They did an awesome job, the draft disappeared and I swear it seems that the windows got bigger.

We recently replaced several windows in the front of our home. Consumers Direct provided very professional service. Sales person was polite ,professional and informative. Did not feel pressured at all. Installers were on time and efficient. We are very pleased with our new windows and are so happy we went with the black. Clean and tidy look to our home. Would definitely recommend Consumers direct windows and doors to potential customers.
New window experience with this company was great. Dave came in to do the initial assessment and we were very comfortable dealing with him. The installers were amazing while they were here. The whole experience was very easy and fast. Windows look amazing and very happy with them.
