Great product great service very impressed.

I recently had Consumer Direct install a new patio garden door and two new windows in my home. I have used them in the past also for a new front door and other window replacements. They are amazing to work with. Jerry and his team are wonderful to work with. The quotes are given very quick and reasonable compared to other companies. They installers were fantastic!
The time frame given for the installation was bang on. I would highly recommend Consumer Direct.

Your installation crew did phenomenal work. Everything was explained about the windows. I noticed something small that only a homeowner would notice and it was fixed immediately. All nine of my windows were replaced with care and professionalism. In 1 day. The clean up was complete. I would recommend this company. It has only been a day but I think these windows will sand the test of time.

Working with Jerry, Mikila, Scott, and the Install Team at Consumer Direct Windows & Doors in Whitby has been great. We had over 5 companies visit to provide us with quotes. From the first visit with Jerry-- he wasn't pushy like some others. He took the time to assess each room, window, was warm, knowledgeable, explained limitations and strengths about their windows, their install and manufacturing process, etc. and did his absolute best to quote within our budget.

Our windows look incredible and we couldn't have asked for better. What's more important is although we had a few questions and concerns after the install, Jerry and Team were very responsive, understood and validated our questions and concerns, and were quick to ensure that the appropriate experts were involved to address issues as quickly as possible.

There continued to be follow-up after the resolution as well; and that is where this team stands out-- while others may leave you high and dry to issues that come up after you've handed them your money and the install is complete, Jerry and Team’s responsiveness and commitment to customer service excellence never wavered.

I met the Consumer Direct people at the CNE this past summer. I booked an appointment for a quote for front doors and a sliding patio door. These guys were great from start to finish. Everything was manufactured and ready to install within the time frame I was given. The installers were skilled, efficient and pleasant. I am very happy with the finished result.
