I was impressed how they could modify an existing design of our old door and the required space to accommodate a doggy door and manufacture a high quality solution. Formerly, we could not get out to our backyard because of the door configuration. They carefully measured and adjusted a solution for us; brilliant work. This did take some time, but if you want quality, you need to put in the time.
I am very pleased with my new windows and patio door. The price was right, the installation was completed in 1 day, Vlad and Yanic were professional and informative during every stage of the installation. I will definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to others.
Great experience! They were fast and easy to communicate with. Our windows were done in a few hours and keep the house much warmer now. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly!

We are really pleased with our new windows and patio door from Consumers Direct. The product looks fabulous inside and out. Dale, Shawn, and Brandon on the installation crew did a wonderful job; their cleanup was so good you couldn’t tell anyone was there. Sales rep David Greenberg is a fine representative for their company. In summery, our expectations were exceeded!

Great experience working with Brock Windows and Doors! John, Nicole, Alex, and Ivan were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The new windows look great and can already feel the temperature difference in the bedrooms. I don’t write many reviews, but wanted to for this company as the level of service was outstanding.
