We have a great experience with consumer Direct starting with the initial meeting with David till the job completion. The process was explained in a very detailed manner and everything was flawless untill the installation.

The price quoted was also very competitive. The overall window quality is amazing and i have only good things to say about the company, the employees and also the after sales dept.

Consumers Direct helped us give the front of our 60’s style bungalow a fresh upgrade! New windows and two new doors (entry and garage), in matte black. The price was great, the installation team were professional, completed the job as promised and did a super clean up.
We had a couple of minor issues, and Mikila (Customer Service) was super friendly and prompt in helping us resolve the issues to our complete satisfaction.

Jerry was great when he came to give us a quote. The windows were manufactured and installed in a timely fashion. Installers were polite and courteous. We really like the appearance of our new windows. Gives the house a new look and they operate well. We would recommend them to anyone needing new windows.

Our new door was delivered separately and installed on November 27. We had the same installer that did our windows earlier in the month. He did a great job and the new door looks great.
