We recently had five windows replaced by Consumer Direct Windows and Doors, and the experience was flawless. From the jump, our sales rep, Craig, was fantastic. He was super informative and straight to the point with zero 'pushy' sales tactics or BS.

The project stayed exactly on the promised timeline, and the promotion we discussed was honoured perfectly with no surprise costs at the end. Sherri, our project coordinator, was kind, helpful, and very accommodating throughout the scheduling process.

A massive, MASSIVE shoutout to our installers, Keith and Mark. These guys are unreal! They were fast, clean, and incredibly efficient, but what stood out most was their humility and willingness to help. They actually fixed things that weren't even part of their job just to make sure the finish was perfect. They even managed to save the original trim on one window to match our old ones because they knew it was important to us. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust this much. I would recommend them over and over again!

Shopping for windows and doors is a very daunting task. Craig & Sherri were great to deal with. What separates Consumer Direct Windows and Doors from the rest was the installation. Talk about skill and understanding.. Branko & Nicola were the best !!! They work well with one another , very clean and respectful of my property, answered all questions that I had and worked with me to ensure I was completely satisfied. I had ordered all new windows and 2 doors. Thank You gentlemen for making this a pleasurable experience.

Outstanding service/sales/installation from start to finish. We purchased 5 windows and a new front door. Dave Greenberg did a great job on the sales side and Issac and Andrea did a fantastic job installing the windows and door. my windows & doors look amazing, they were very sufficient and helpful in selecting which windows to put in and what doors to buy. I am extremely pleased. My house looks like a new home. I highly recommend them.

Any window work I do is through Morgan the estimator at Consumer Direct. He came to the site for the re-measuring and then during the install to ensure the job went perfectly, and it did. This company has the best customer service I’ve experienced.

Very happy with my new front door and storm door, the installers were so skilled and confident in their work, I really appreciate a job well done. I was worried about my old house and a difficult install but they were true pros.

The windows are beautiful and work great. I am so happy with them. My order included awning style windows and they were a great choice. The installers went above and beyond. A couple of surprises were encountered as it is an older house and the installers made sure past mistakes were corrected and fixed to ensure longevity of my new windows. I really appreciated them taking the extra time to explain and show me what needed to be fixed and how they were going to do it. I can't wait for a summer with great windows to use.
