I wish to extend a big kudos to sales person (David) and his team of installers who performed a painless, very professional installation of three windows and two doors.

I am very pleased to say that Consumer Direct/Doors and Windows replaced my windows. The front entry door has two side panels.
The representative is highly experienced and knowledgeable and provided technical specifications with specific options to ensure we get the best design, to enhance the appearance of the home. This was done by consulting with us continuously.
All are highly energy efficient, provides a good sound barrier, sealed and insulated all around.
The installation work was done professionaly. The company representative provided continuous technical support from start to finish, and ensured the finished work was pleasing in appearance.
I recommend this company to anyone who is considering a similar upgrade to their home.

Jessica and the Consumer Direct team had a very prompt response and great follow-up when we found that the bottom of the door was rubbing. They will definitely be a preferred vendor when we are next shopping to replace more windows or doors.

Extremely honest advice from Kristian. He actually persuaded me to get my window fixed from the manufacturer instead of getting a whole new window installed by him. Simple, honest, sincere advice that didn't result in a sale but resulted in respect and likely a future customer.

Met Kristian at a Toronto Homeshow and he explained windows - how they work- efficiency- mechanisms- durability - warranties, etc. We were in the market to replace all of my homes windows and entry door and garden doors. We had Kristian come to our home and do a site inspection and provide a quote . We liked the products and there were promotional offers included in the quote so, we received the very best pricing on offer.

Once the team arrived to install the windows, it was a very quick two days. During the work the team were very efficient and were continually tidying and cleaning the job site as they methodically worked their way through all of the installs. As a homeowner, this was much appreciated and there was no mess inside or outside when they left at the end of the second day.

We were so impressed that we contacted Kristian again for another house that we have out of the GTA. Again, he came to the house and inspected and advised on what styles would be appropriate and what pricing we could get and that was better than other quotes we received.

That work was also done with a great team and was all accomplished in one day. No mess inside or outside and no disruption to the neighbourhood.

We are currently back with Kristian having more windows replaced at this outside GTA property and expect to have the same positive experience as our past two projects.

When she came to our home, she was very respectful and professional. She always get back to us whether it's a phone call or by email. (we have dealt with many representatives before and once they close the deal, good luck if they as much as return a call)

Where do I start! My sister was so pleased with the consultation by David that she recommended that I book him as well to get an estimate. David took the time to come by even though my address was outside his general area. That was full marks from me right off the bat... going above and beyond.

David was with me during the entire process even when I needed to have the estimate updated to include an additional basement window. From there the professionalism, communication and patience of the entire Consumer Direct crew was experienced. The support we had was monumental. We were excited to finally be getting much needed new windows for the house.

Finally, installation. The Consumer Direct crew that installed the new windows was super professional and knowledgeable. They were very detailed in their process, meticulous and took pride in their work... the job was not rushed, but very well done. The trim work around each window is absolutely fantastic. My family and I are so happy with the work that was done.

Now that it's the first winter with the new windows, my family and I are really enjoying them and already seeing and feeling the benefit of having changed them. They look great and totally updated the look of our house from day one.

Saturday November 29 was a cold day when Consumer Direct installers Sina, Sardar and Sana arrived to replace 9 windows in our house and garage. These gentlemen were professional, courteous, and respectful. They quickly made sure to put runners down from the front door to all rooms that had windows to be replaced. They were very conscious making sure that no gaps or spaces were left and spray foamed, all capping was was properly installed when installing all windows , and then that everything was properly cleaned up. They then took the time to ensure that we clearly understood how all windows operated and things we should be aware and careful of when operating the windows. These are the kind of people you want representing your company, especially for the final steps of installing your company’s products in your clients homes.
