I recently had windows replaced by Consumer Direct Windows and Doors, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

It started when I arranged an appointment when I was at the Home Show. Brandon D. came to my home shortly after to give me a quote. I asked him to check all the windows and tell me which ones had to be replaced, which ones to consider replacing, and which ones did not require any action for now and to give me a quote for each scenario, including replacing them all. I was impressed how he checked every window and explained the results as we went from room to room. Brandon was extremely helpful, responsive, thorough, and professional with follow-up along the way. He even helped me by giving me the names of companies to contact to get quotes to replace my blinds.

On installation day, Collin and Nick were fantastic. They took 2 days to do the install of 8 windows. They were both very friendly, professional, and punctual. They took great care while working, kept everything tidy throughout the process, and did a thorough clean-up when the job was done.

Overall, the whole experience—from quote to completion—was seamless and stress-free, and the windows look great. I would highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows and Doors to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Window installation was on time and very professional. Very happy with the look and quality; installer even identified a flaw and filed a warranty claim on our behalf to have the issue resolved.

Warranty work was completed just one week after install and was professional and friendly.

We had a new patio door installed a couple of weeks ago and are very happy with the results. Brandon helped us choose what would work best for us, including the sunshield. The two men who installed the door were efficient and even went above and beyond as they had to remove/replace the steps to our side deck. They wanted to make sure the door was installed correctly as well as insulated and caulked properly. Would highly recommend this company for product and service.

They’re the best in the business
We recently had our windows, front door, and patio door replaced, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was incredibly efficient, reliable, punctual, pleasant, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Our home is 22 years old, but with the new upgrades, it looks brand new!

They went above and beyond, not only did they install everything with care, but they also set up our new camera doorbell for us, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. They even took the time to educate us on available rebates, which we truly appreciated.

We hired Consumer Direct Windows and Doors (Consumer Direct West) to install two front windows and an egress window in the basement ( the area for the egress window needed to be cut out of the cinder block wall). The windows themselves were of great quality and changed the look of our house beautifully. Jon was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and very professional and his installer Colin and his assistant did a great job with the installation. We had a great experience with everyone at Consumer Direct Windows and Doors and would highly recommend them to everyone.
